Refund Policy
The application fee and confirmation deposit for all services are non-refundable, as are the administrative fees for services.
Web Hosting and Virtual Private Servers
If the Customer cancels service and applies for a refund, the customer will not receive a refund unless notice of cancellation is in writing 30 days before the following billing period. Then the only money refunded would be if you paid ahead for the services. E.g., you pay for a year and have the account for 6 months, and then you will receive the remainder of the balance based on the above conditions. No acceptations. No portion of any setup fees will be refunded. All requests for cancellations of service must be in writing.

Web Design Services
If the Client halts work and applies to RJL International, Inc. P.O. Box 441755 Aurora, Co. 80044-1755, for a refund within 30 days of the signing of this Contract, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of $75.00, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the Client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the Client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of $75.00. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded.
Other Services
Once work on the service has begun, no refunds will be allowed unless explicitly provided for in a guarantee at the time of purchase. To request a refund, the Customer must submit a written cancellation request to the

Software Sales
No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via download from the Internet. All Sales are final. |
